LIFE and light ep

During Christmas we celebrate the miracle of God becoming flesh and bone to dwell among his people and save them through his perfect and loving sacrifice on the cross.

The gospel of John speaks of the glorious incarnation by saying that though Jesus' earthly life we see the true light of the world. He has shone into the darkness that is sin and death and the darkness could not over come him. We also see in Jesus that true life has come to earth. Through Jesus all who receive him and believe his name are spiritually born again.

Christmas is all about Life and Light coming to earth to rescue his creation.

Enjoy this collection of songs arranged and recorded by the worship community at Valley Bible Church in Pleasanton and Livermore California.

ABOUT "Word of the Father Ep"

"Sing a new song to the LORD, sing to the LORD all the earth." - Psalm 96:1

For generations people have raised songs of freedom and redemption towards the heavens to praise the True & Living God, we are taking our place in that Great Song unfolding since the beginning. This is our expression of worship to Him, a new version of something timeless and central to all of Creation.

"And the Word became flesh and dwelt among us, and we have seen his glory,
the glory as of the only son from the Father, full of grace and truth." - John 1:14

This first of collection of songs celebrates Jesus as the Word of the Father. He is the exact representation of the Father's nature and character, so we revel in God's glory as seen in the face of Christ.
